Secretary and Governor of Luang Prabang Province Khamkhan Chanthavisuk was delighted to welcome Comrade Le Quoc Minh and the delegation of Nhan Dan Newspaper; emphasizing that the delegation's visit to Laos this time contributed to further tightening the good traditional relationship between the two Parties, the two States, the localities of the two countries and the two Party newspapers.
Informing the Secretary and Governor of Luang Prabang Province about Vietnam's recent socio -economic development achievements, Comrade Le Quoc Minh said that the purpose and significance of this visit and work in Laos is to resume the mechanism of exchange, cooperation, and delegation exchange between the two Central Party newspaper agencies of Vietnam and Laos after a period of interruption due to the Covid-19 pandemic. On this visit, Nhan Dan Newspaper also handed over the electronic newspaper CMS system to Pasaxon Newspaper with the view of "giving the best to Lao friends".
Appreciating the achievements in socio-economic development, tourism and cultural preservation of Luang Prabang province, comrade Le Quoc Minh said that although it was his first time coming to Luang Prabang, he felt the "slow pace of life" and the beauty of the culture and people here, especially experiencing the close relationship between Vietnam and Laos. He said that the press products in Nhan Dan Newspaper publications about the culture and people of Luang Prabang contributed practically to promoting and attracting more Vietnamese people who love Laos to the beautiful city of Luang Prabang.

Appreciating Vietnam's development achievements, Comrade Khamkhan Chanthavisuk suggested that Nhan Dan Newspaper continue to support and assist Pasaxon Newspaper and expand support and assistance to local Lao newspapers, especially in information and propaganda work on important events during Laos's ASEAN Chairmanship in 2024; expressing that Luang Prabang province always wishes to welcome many reporters of Nhan Dan Newspaper in particular and Vietnamese reporters to write articles about the beauty of the locality, thereby attracting more people to Luang Prabang, contributing positively to the socio-economic development of the locality.
On this occasion, the Secretary and Governor of Luang Prabang province wished Comrade Le Quoc Minh and the delegation of Nhan Dan Newspaper a successful working trip, and wished the special Laos-Vietnam relationship to be forever green and sustainable.
