The delegation of the People's Councils of the provinces of Laos included comrades: Chom Si Lat Ta Na Pan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Bo Keo province; Thong Si Sau Si Phom, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Phong Sa Ly province; Kham Phon Phim Ma Chan, Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Udomxay province.

Welcoming the delegation, Son La province had comrades: Hoang Quoc Khanh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Thai Hung, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; leaders of the Provincial People's Council committees and leaders of the provincial departments and branches.
