Canh Dong Viet Food Joint Stock Company operates in the food processing sector with 334 employees, including 3 party members and 234 female employees. Currently, the enterprise only has a grassroots trade union established in 2016. During its production and business activities, the enterprise always pays attention to the activities of mass organizations, social security and takes good care of the lives of its employees. Up to now, there are 3 party members but the enterprise has not yet established a Party cell due to many objective and subjective reasons.

Through discussion and exchange, the survey team suggested that the enterprise continue to improve the quality of the activities of the Trade Union and Women's Union; pay attention to the education and training of union members and excellent workers to create a source of Party membership; review the number of workers of union age and youth to establish a Youth Union organization in the coming time. The proposals and recommendations of the enterprise were compiled by the team and reported to the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee.
