At the same time, proactively resolve local issues that need support; research and propose to the Director of the Department of Construction to handle problems through the organization of task implementation in the construction sector.

Deputy Director of the Department of Construction Vo Tan Ha requested that communes and wards, based on the list and contact information of team leaders, deputy team leaders and team members, proactively and regularly contact, exchange, request support, and provide guidance to resolve and remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of performing tasks.

Communes and wards actively reflected and discussed local difficulties and problems right at the conference so that experts and managers could promptly answer, discuss and share experiences in removing and resolving them.

At the conference, leaders of the Department of Construction and specialized departments disseminated and guided the content of solving and removing difficulties and problems related to the assignment, decentralization, and responsibility for state management of construction activities and management of construction quality, technical infrastructure, and traffic infrastructure.
