The Youth Union of the Corporation organized a conference on personnel work procedures.

On November 3, 2023, the Youth Union of the Corporation (TCT) held a Conference on the working process of the Corporation's Youth Union cadres, term VII, 2022 - 2027. Attending and directing the Conference were representatives of the Central Enterprise Youth Union - Comrade Nguyen Thai Ha - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee - Inspection of the Youth Union; representative of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Corporation - Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Bao - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy General Director of the Corporation.

The conference conducted the procedures and 5-step process of voting to introduce personnel for the appointment of Standing Committee members and the position of Deputy Secretary of the VTC Youth Union for the 7th term, 2022-2027.

Speaking at the Conference, comrade Nguyen Ngoc Bao highlighted the importance of the work of the ministries in the organization of the Youth Union of the Corporation, hoping that the General Youth Union would continuously search, train, introduce and supplement the source of quality staff planning, ensuring standards, promptly meeting work requirements, and linking Youth Union activities with production and business activities at the Corporation.
