NDO - On the morning of May 12, in Thai Binh province, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the groundbreaking ceremony of the Ninh Binh-Hai Phong expressway project through Nam Dinh and Thai Binh provinces under the PPP model and the Hung Phu industrial park project.

Also attending were comrade Tran Quoc Vuong, former Politburo member, former Standing member of the Secretariat; Party Central Committee members: Minister of Construction Tran Hong Minh, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission Ngo Dong Hai, Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Nghia; leaders of ministries, branches, central agencies, Thai Binh province and localities.
