In the context of increasingly deep and comprehensive integration, businesses have promoted the development of innovative startup ecosystems, associated with the transfer and application of scientific and technological advances in production. Que Lam Biotech Company Limited, Dao Duc town (Binh Xuyen) is one of 13 member units of Que Lam Group, built and put into operation since 2019 with 2 fertilizer production lines, capacity of 100 thousand tons per year.

This is the largest and most modern automatic organic fertilizer factory in Southeast Asia. All products manufactured and distributed on the market comply with national and industry regulations and standards.

Realizing that Vinh Phuc has a source of by-products from farming and livestock farming that is very favorable for providing raw materials for making organic fertilizers; at the same time, the province has a favorable location to build a network to supply agricultural products and fertilizers to provinces and cities in the Northern region, Que Lam Group has invested in building a factory to produce microbial organic fertilizers with modern technology.

Every year, the company collects thousands of tons of by-products from livestock, crops, aquaculture, etc. of the province and neighboring provinces as input materials to produce organic fertilizers to help improve soil and increase the quality and value of crops.

In addition, the company cooperated with the Provincial Agricultural Extension Center to build many models of organic rice and organic vegetable cultivation in Thanh Lang town (Binh Xuyen), Nguyet Duc commune (Yen Lac), Tho Tang town, Ngu Kien commune (Vinh Tuong), red-fleshed dragon fruit in Lap Thach district... to promote the development of the province's agricultural sector.

Vinh Thinh Livestock and Dairy Processing Joint Stock Company was established in May 2021 with a production scale of 1,500 - 2,000 tons of products/year. This is the first enterprise in Vinh Tuong district operating in the field of processing milk and fresh cow's milk products.

Realizing the idea of ​​"Building a model for producing and processing products from pure fresh cow's milk of Vinh Thinh commune, Vinh Tuong district", Mr. Nguyen Tien Loc, Director of the company, invested in infrastructure, production lines, and modern, synchronous equipment, ensuring food hygiene and safety standards.

The company’s dairy products are produced using a natural fermentation process from 100% pure fresh cow’s milk and natural ingredients such as purple sticky rice, white sugar, and fruit jam. Therefore, products branded “Vinh Tuong Milk” retain the full amount of vitamins and minerals from pure fresh cow’s milk.

To optimize the production process, control quality, and diversify products from completely natural raw materials, in early 2024, the company invested more than 2 billion VND to upgrade equipment systems such as pasteurizers, milk homogenizers with a capacity of 1,000 liters/hour with plate pasteurization technology; and invested in a coal-fired boiler system.

In 2023, the company's products including unsweetened pasteurized fresh milk, sweetened pasteurized fresh milk, Vinh Tuong yogurt, Vinh Tuong purple sticky rice yogurt, drinking yogurt... were recognized as typical rural industrial products at the provincial level and achieved the province's 3-star OCOP certification.

The company is currently producing 10 product lines and will expand to 35 products next year when Phase II of the factory is completed. In September 2024, the company signed many orders with dairy processing enterprises with an output of several hundred tons/year. In the first 10 months of 2024, the company achieved a revenue of more than 14 billion VND.

To promote innovative startups associated with local strengths, the province has issued many mechanisms and policies to support the innovative startup ecosystem; promoted propaganda about innovative startup activities; organized consulting and support activities for startups, attracting many young startups to participate.

To date, the province has more than 130,000 innovative startup projects, many of which are linked to local strengths, thereby spreading and inspiring the entrepreneurial spirit to businesses and young people, contributing to exploiting and optimizing local strengths. In 2023, Vinh Phuc ranked 19th out of 63 provinces and cities nationwide in terms of local innovation index.

To promote the development of science and technology, spread the spirit of innovation and creativity, the province continues to promote communication activities, arouse the spirit of creative entrepreneurship in the business community and people, especially the youth and students.

Strengthening connections with the network of experts, consultants, and domestic and international startup investment funds to attract and mobilize resources to support innovative startup projects; promoting elements of the startup and innovation ecosystem in terms of connections and transfers in localities, contributing to promoting socio-economic development.
