First of all, continue to promote the application of information technology and digital transformation in the organization and management of professional activities at general education institutions; perform data entry, exploitation, and unified use of the entire industry's database on schools, classes, students, teachers, national standard schools, and other information to serve management and direction.
Strictly implement the management of extra teaching and learning according to Circular No. 29/2024/TT-BGDDT in the area. Strictly manage the use of reference publications according to regulations; thoroughly inform teachers and staff not to take advantage of their positions to force or mobilize students or parents to buy books and reference materials.
The Ministry of Education and Training also noted the need to strengthen the management of organization and participation in exams and competitions, ensuring quality, practicality, and compliance with regulations. Effectively and properly implement the admission work at the beginning of the school year according to Circular No. 30/2024/TT-BGDDT; well organize the High School Graduation Exam and national and international exams and competitions to ensure fairness, objectivity, and honesty.
The Ministry of Education and Training requests that the Departments of Education and Training strengthen inspection and supervision of educational cooperation activities with foreign countries, and only implement integrated programs when they ensure sufficient conditions according to regulations. Strictly manage the implementation of foreign educational programs and compulsory educational content for Vietnamese students at educational institutions with foreign investment that are allowed to implement, ensuring the rights to study, comprehensive education and compliance with current legal regulations.
Along with that, continue to strengthen inspection, supervision and guidance on the implementation of policies and laws on education and training in the context of adjusting administrative boundaries, arranging and streamlining the apparatus and implementing the two-level local government model.
