After 2 days of training, coach Nguyen Dinh Hoang and his team had their first friendly match against the Chinese women's Futsal team in Hangzhou on the afternoon of November 30.

Match schedule of Vietnam women's Futsal team at SEA Games 33
The Vietnamese women's futsal team opened the scoring first after a surprise shot by goalkeeper Tran Thi Hai Yen. However, the home team China promptly equalized, ending the first half with a score of 1-1.
In the second half, the Vietnamese women's team once again took the lead thanks to a goal by Tran Thi Thu Xuan. However, the Chinese women's team quickly equalized 2-2. This was also the final result of the match.
Evaluating his players' performance, coach Nguyen Dinh Hoang said: "After the domestic training, the players' mentality was a bit tense when competing with a strong opponent in Asia like the Chinese women's Futsal team.
In the first half, the players did not get into the rhythm well, but in the second half there was an improvement with a 2-2 draw. The coaching staff will learn from the experience so that the whole team can perform better in the upcoming rematch."
On December 2, the two teams will meet again in the second friendly match. After that, the Vietnam Women's Futsal team will return to Ho Chi Minh City to complete the final preparations before leaving for Thailand to participate in the 33rd SEA Games.
