On the morning of June 5, the Vietnamese women's team took a flight from Hanoi to Germany to train in preparation for the 2023 Women's World Cup finals.
It is expected that the members of the Vietnamese women's team will spend 12 hours flying and arrive in Germany late at night (5-6 Vietnam time). The journey in Europe of the Vietnamese women's team will last 3 weeks from June 5 to 21 in Frankfurt (Germany) and Warsaw (Poland).

During their time in Germany, coach Mai Duc Chung and his team had 3 friendly matches with quality "enemies" including: Eintracht Frankfurt (June 10), Short Mainz (June 15) and the German women's team.
Between matches in Germany, on June 17, the Vietnamese women's team will travel to Warsaw (Poland) to train and play a friendly match with the Polish U23 women's team on June 19, before returning to Germany on June 20.
Previously, the Vietnamese women's team finalized the list of 28 players to go to Europe for training. The players who temporarily left the team this time include: Tran Thi Thu Xuan, Cu Thi Huynh Nhu, Ngo Thi Hong Nhung, Le Thi Thuy Trang and Dinh Thi Thuy Dung. Due to some work to be handled with the home team Lank FC, captain Huynh Nhu will travel to Portugal before joining the team in Germany.
