Accordingly, the Don Duong Commune Youth Union coordinated with the Military Command and the Commune Police to closely monitor the area. When the water level in streams, creeks and low-lying areas rose, the Youth Union members were immediately present to put up warning signs and guide people to identify dangerous areas.
Currently, there are 5 points in the commune that are temporarily closed to traffic due to flooding. At each location, there are 4-6 people on duty, including functional forces and youth union members. These are all local forces in the village, on duty 24/7 to regulate traffic and prevent situations that arise when the water rises quickly.

In addition, the shock force regularly checks the routes across streams, temporary bridges and low-lying residential areas. Essential supplies, life jackets and support vehicles are prepared to respond to emergency evacuations.
In particular, in areas where houses were flooded, the village force and youth union members added 10 more people to help move assets, helping households temporarily stabilize and limit damage. At the same time, union members actively propagated and encouraged people to limit travel through deep water areas and proactively update information from the authorities.

With the weather forecast to continue to be complicated, the youth shock troops are on duty 24/7, monitoring the flood situation and coordinating with local forces to promptly handle situations. The initiative of the Commune Youth Union, along with the supportive spirit of the community, contributes to minimizing risks and ensuring safety for the people during the period of prolonged heavy rain.
