Lam Dong increases 18 inventory officers for Gia Nghia - Chon Thanh expressway project

These are all officers with experience in asset inventory, site clearance, and compensation for projects in Lam Dong province.

Officers of Land Fund Development Center No. 2 went to the communes to carry out asset inventory.

On November 22, Mr. Tran Anh Tai, Director of Branch of Land Fund Development Center No. 2 (Land Fund Development Center of Lam Dong province) said: The unit has just increased 18 highly specialized staff to coordinate with investors and local authorities to speed up the progress of inventorying land, houses, and assets on land of each household and individual.

The goal is to accelerate the progress of the Nhan Co - Dak Nong bauxite mining construction investment project, the mining area (mining area) from the 11th to the 15th year - phase 1, overlapping the Gia Nghia - Chon Thanh Expressway. From there, accelerate the progress of the North - South Expressway construction investment project in the West, Gia Nghia - Chon Thanh section (Lam Dong).

Accordingly, from November 11 to 30, the Branch established 9 working groups with the forces of Dak Nong Aluminum Company - TKV, the authorities of Kien Duc and Quang Tin communes - where the highway passes through, to monitor the area, to inventory land and assets on land of households, individuals and organizations serving the project.

16 asset inventory officers of Land Fund Development Center No. 2 went to the communes of Quang Tin and Kien Duc.

These are all experienced officers with expertise in asset inventory, site clearance, and compensation for provincial projects.

The North-South Expressway Construction Investment Project, the western section of Gia Nghia - Chon Thanh, Lam Dong Province (formerly Dak Nong Province) has 3 component projects. This expressway is about 23.1km long. The total land clearance area is about 227.5ha, located in Kien Duc and Quang Tin communes. According to the general assessment of the Provincial People's Committee, this project is currently behind schedule and capital disbursement is low.

Comrade Le Trong Yen, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee proposed to increase the number of staff to count and serve the acceleration of the Gia Nghia - Chon Thanh Expressway Project.

The activity of sending additional inventory officers to the base of the Land Fund Development Center Branch No. 2 aims to implement Notice No. 477/TB-UBND dated November 10, 2025 of Comrade Le Trong Yen, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on urging the disbursement of public investment capital in 2025, implemented by Working Group No. 1 in the western region of the province.
