Hai Duong Center for Mental Health Care for People with Meritorious Services and Social Affairs (Cong Hoa Ward, Chi Linh) is caring for and nurturing 435 patients, including 68 wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, relatives of martyrs, and victims of Agent Orange/dioxin.
Pursuant to Resolution No. 08/2023/NQ-HDND dated July 13, 2023 of the People's Council of Hai Duong province stipulating the expenditure levels for implementing a number of preferential regimes for people with meritorious services and relatives of people with meritorious services to the revolution, and people who worship martyrs in Hai Duong province, on the occasion of July 27, 2024, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Hai Duong advised on the implementation and transfer of 56,181 gifts from the province to people with meritorious services, relatives of martyrs, and people who worship martyrs with a total cost of over 33 billion VND; advised on organizing delegations to visit and present gifts from the province to 36 outstanding people with meritorious services and people in difficult circumstances; visited and presented gifts to 5 units that nurture, care for, and treat people with meritorious services; presented gifts to 11 seriously wounded and sick soldiers from Hai Duong who are being cared for at Thuan Thanh War Invalids Nursing Center (Bac Ninh) and Lang Giang War Invalids Nursing Center (Bac Giang) with a total cost of over 124 million VND.
