Born February 20, 1948, in Tuyen Quang .

Hometown : Nam Van commune, Nam Truc district, Nam Dinh province (now Hong Quang ward, Ninh Binh province).

Former Editor-in-Chief of Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper, Member of the 11th National Assembly, former Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City Journalists Association.

Award: 45-year Party membership badge.

Passed away at: 16:50, September 12, 2025.

The coffin will be placed at: Southern National Funeral Home (No. 05 Pham Ngu Lao, Hanh Thong Ward, Ho Chi Minh City).

Visitation: 7:30 a.m., September 15, 2025.

Memorial service at: 6:45 a.m., September 17, 2025.

Cremation at Sala cemetery, Phuoc Thai commune, Dong Nai province.

The family would like to be excused from the funeral.
