Born on February 20, 1948, in Tuyen Quang .
Place of origin : Nam Van commune, Nam Truc district, Nam Dinh province (now Hong Quang ward, Ninh Binh province).
Former Editor-in-Chief of Nguoi Lao Dong newspaper, Member of the 11th National Assembly, former Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Journalists Association.
Award: 45-Year Party Membership Badge.
Passed away at: 4:50 PM, September 12, 2025.
The coffin will be placed at: National Funeral Home of the South (No. 05 Pham Ngu Lao Street, Hanh Thong Ward, Ho Chi Minh City).
The wake will be held at 7:30 AM on September 15, 2025.
The memorial service will be held at 6:45 AM on September 17, 2025.
Cremation will take place at Sala Cemetery, Phuoc Thai Commune, Dong Nai Province.
The family requests that condolences be waived.
