Comrade Tran Duc Thang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, presented the decision to appoint Comrade Nguyen Van Doan, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Construction to the position of Director of the Department of Transport.

On the morning of May 4, comrade Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, handed over the decision to transfer and appoint comrade Nguyen Van Doan, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Construction to work and hold the position of Director of the Department of Transport from May 4 until reaching retirement age according to regulations.

In his speech assigning tasks, Hai Duong Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang affirmed that Nguyen Van Doan is a well-trained cadre with good working capacity. He has worked for nearly 35 years, including more than 10 years in the field of transportation. In all his positions, he has always completed and excellently completed the assigned tasks. In particular, during his tenure as Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Hai Duong Clean Water Trading Joint Stock Company, Nguyen Van Doan and the business community have made the province a typical locality in the country in terms of clean water supply and use.

Emphasizing the heavy tasks of the transport sector, the large workload, especially when the province is focusing on and making efforts to complete the transport network to serve socio -economic development, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang hopes that in his new position, Comrade Nguyen Van Doan will promote his capacity and experience, and together with the Department of Transport, strive to effectively carry out the assigned work, meeting practical requirements.

Comrade Nguyen Van Doan was born in 1965 in Hong Hung commune (Gia Loc). He has a professional qualification of mechanical engineer in construction machinery, engineer in water supply and drainage; bachelor's degree in politics . Before being assigned and appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Transport, Comrade Nguyen Van Doan had held the positions of Director of the Department of Construction; Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of Hai Duong Clean Water Business Joint Stock Company...
