The Politburo has just assigned comrade Pham Tat Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission, to direct the work of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission.

Previously, at the meeting on July 16, the Politburo decided to mobilize, assign, and appoint comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, holding the position of Secretary of the Hanoi City Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

At the same time, the Politburo assigned comrade Pham Tat Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization, to manage the work of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization until the position of Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization is completed according to regulations.

Before becoming Deputy Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization, Deputy Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization, comrade Pham Tat Thang was Deputy Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee for Culture, Education, Youth, Adolescents and Children; National Assembly Delegate of the 13th and 14th terms.

Comrade Pham Tat Thang was born in 1970, from Dong Tam commune, Ninh Giang district (Hai Duong). He has the following professional qualifications: PhD in sociology, BA in law, BA in biology - agricultural engineering; senior political theory.

Comrade Pham Tat Thang grew up from the Youth Union work of the University of Education, Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
