The Politburo assigned Mr. Pham Tat Thang to run the work of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission.

The Politburo has just assigned Mr. Pham Tat Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization, to manage the work of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization until the position of Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization is completed according to regulations.

Mr. Pham Tat Thang was born in 1970, hometown Dong Tam commune, Ninh Giang district, Hai Duong province.

He held positions such as Secretary of the Party Committee of Hanoi National University; Standing Member and then Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture,Education , Youth, Adolescents and Children.

At the 13th National Congress of the Party, Mr. Pham Tat Thang was elected as a member of the Party Central Committee. In April 2021, the Politburo assigned him to be Deputy Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization.

Previously, the Politburo decided to mobilize, assign, and appoint Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission, to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, as Secretary of the Hanoi City Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
