Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, was mobilized, assigned and appointed by the Politburo to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee.

On the morning of November 15, Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Politburo 's decision on personnel work.

At the conference, the leaders of the Central Organizing Committee announced the Politburo's decision on Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province.

Accordingly, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan will cease to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee and cease to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province for the 2025-2030 term to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan (48 years old), from Bac Ninh province, has held the following positions: Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Youth Union, Secretary of Bac Ninh City Party Committee, Vice Chairman and then Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee.

Previously, on November 14, Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Party Central Committee Secretariat on personnel work.

At the conference, the Central Organizing Committee announced the decision of the Central Party Secretariat on Mr. Pham Hoang Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province, being transferred and appointed to join the Provincial Party Executive Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.
