On the morning of October 21, comrade Ma The Hong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuyen Quang province attended and directed the 1st Congress of Vietnam Fatherland Front Delegates of Thai Hoa commune, term 2025 - 2030.

Attending the Congress were comrade Trieu Tai Phong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation; leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of Thai Hoa commune and delegates representing agencies, units and 125   Official delegates representing all classes in the commune.

Thai Hoa commune was established on the basis of merging Thai Hoa commune (old) and Duc Ninh commune. After the merger, the Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations of the commune were consolidated, ensuring organization, personnel and maintaining stable operations, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new period. Propaganda and mobilization work for the people was strengthened, contributing to consolidating trust, creating consensus in implementing the Party's policies, the State's policies and laws and movements in residential areas.

During the past term, under the direct leadership of the Commune Party Committee, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the commune have made many innovations in the content and methods of organizing activities in a practical, effective and people-oriented direction; promoted the strength of the great solidarity bloc to effectively implement campaigns and patriotic emulation movements, contributing to the successful implementation of goals, targets and tasks of socio -economic development, ensuring national defense and security, and building a clean and strong Party organization and government.

Many activities organized by the Commune Fatherland Front were effective, such as: Organizing 89 propaganda conferences to over 11,000 members and people about the Party's policies and the State's laws and policies; organizing 39 conferences to collect people's opinions on the proposal to merge provincial and commune-level administrative units; mobilizing to build new and repair 43 houses for poor households and households with housing difficulties worth over 2.1 billion VND; mobilizing people to contribute over 500 working days and over 1.8 billion VND to concretize 5 km of rural roads...

At the same time, promote patriotic emulation movements, mobilize the strength of great solidarity of the people to overcome socio-economic difficulties and challenges, improve the effectiveness of monitoring and social criticism activities. Speaking at the Congress, comrade Ma The Hong acknowledged and commended the results that the Thai Hoa Commune Fatherland Front had achieved in the past term. At the same time, he requested the Commune Fatherland Front to continue to strengthen and promote the great national unity bloc, promote the dissemination and effective implementation of the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State; promote the strength of the great unity bloc to contribute to maintaining political security and social order and safety in the area. Along with that, continue to strongly innovate the content and methods of operation of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in the direction of focusing on the grassroots, practical and effective activities; focus on building and replicating good models, good practices, advanced examples; propagate, mobilize, and gather people of all walks of life to actively participate in campaigns and emulation movements to contribute to the successful implementation of the set tasks and goals. At the same time, the Commune Fatherland Front needs to promote its role of social supervision and criticism in a focused and key direction, on issues directly related to the legitimate and legal rights and interests of the people; strengthen the organization of dialogue activities between the heads of Party committees and authorities with Front officials and the people . Proactively advise and propose to Party committees and authorities on mechanisms and policies suitable to reality, solving problems that the people expect. Actively participate in implementing the organization and apparatus arrangement of the political system to be streamlined, operate effectively and efficiently, ensuring consistency and suitability to practical conditions.

At the Congress, 55 delegates were elected to join the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thai Hoa commune, term I, 2025-2030. The Congress also elected a delegation to attend the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Tuyen Quang province, term 2025-2030.
