Agree to add 44 land acquisition projects and works

On June 10, at the 28th Session, the Provincial People's Council agreed to pass a Resolution to supplement the list of works and projects requiring land acquisition in Dong Nai province (first time) in 2025 as proposed by the Provincial People's Committee.

Specifically, the Provincial People's Council agreed to add 39 land acquisition projects with a total area of ​​nearly 170 hectares and add 5 land acquisition projects for land use rights auction with a total area of ​​more than 74 hectares.

According to the Provincial People's Committee, in the coming time, there will be many projects in the province that need land acquisition for socio -economic development. Notable among them are commercial, service, tourism projects; mineral exploitation to meet the material source for construction of key national transport projects in Dong Nai province and neighboring provinces.
