Speedy house building
In December 2024, the National Assembly Delegation of Tay Ninh province and the People's Committee of Tan Chau district coordinated with Hung Nhon Group and De Heus Group (Netherlands) to present 2 billion VND in funding to support the implementation of the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses, social security programs and give 1,000 gifts to policy families and households in difficult circumstances in Tan Chau district on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025. The presentation ceremony took place solemnly in the presence of Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda Department, National Assembly delegate of Tay Ninh province Nguyen Trong Nghia and Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Tay Ninh province Pham Hung Thai.
Immediately after the donation ceremony, the enterprise coordinated with local authorities to conduct detailed surveys and select 22 families in disadvantaged communes in Tan Chau district to support. On March 29, in Tan Lam hamlet, Tan Ha commune, Tan Chau district, the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of 22 gratitude houses and solidarity houses took place with the coordination of Hung Nhon Group, De Heus Group, the "For the Poor" Fund Mobilization Committee of Tan Chau district and the National Assembly Delegation of Tay Ninh province. After only 1 month of construction, on April 28, 22 houses were officially handed over in a warm and meaningful atmosphere in Tan Chau district. The houses were built to solid standards, bringing peace of mind to people when settling down for a long time.
Since the beginning of 2024, the National Assembly Delegation of Tay Ninh province and the People's Committee of Tan Chau district have coordinated with Hung Nhon Group and De Heus Group to complete the construction and handover of 29 gratitude houses and solidarity houses to families in disadvantaged communes in Tan Chau district.
According to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Chau district, the whole district still has 731 multidimensional poor households, of which 75 are poor, near-poor, and have difficulty in housing and need support. Therefore, the shelters supported by businesses are extremely practical, helping people in difficult circumstances to improve their lives.
Responsibility and good values for society
Sharing about these meaningful programs, Mr. Vu Manh Hung, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hung Nhon Group, emphasized: “We not only build houses, but also build trust, hope and motivation for families. Each new house is a new beginning, helping people settle down and move towards a better future.”
Currently, Hung Nhon is promoting the development of a chain of 12 high-tech agricultural projects in Tay Ninh, community activities such as eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses have contributed to building sustainable relationships with the locality. This is an important foundation for the group to continue implementing investment projects, while promoting socio-economic development in the region. Not only stopping in Tay Ninh, Hung Nhon is planning to expand this support model to other localities across the country.
In addition to the temporary housing program, Hung Nhon Group also implements many community activities such as: building facilities to support schools, granting scholarships to poor students who overcome difficulties, supporting families with preferential policies and expanding the scope of support to other provinces and cities. All of these efforts are aimed at building a harmonious and sustainable community.
The journey of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses by Hung Nhon Group in recent times is not only an important milestone, but also a symbol of solidarity, sharing and social responsibility. The completion and handover of 22 houses at the end of April has concluded a meaningful program, at the same time opening up a promising future for disadvantaged households in Tay Ninh.
