Thai Binh communal house is associated with the life of Tay Ninh people.

Currently, Tay Ninh has reviewed and assigned 28 new commune-level administrative units in the area to directly manage 83 relics, of which 18 are national relics and the remaining are provincial relics. In Tay Ninh city alone (now in Tan Ninh ward), there are 11 historical and cultural relics that have been documented and ranked, including 2 national relics and 9 provincial relics with unique architecture, bringing a very unique beauty to Tay Ninh.

Hiep Ninh Communal House is located in the center of Tan Ninh ward, one of two ancient architectural relics along with Thai Binh Communal House, which was ranked as a national historical and cultural relic by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 1993. Completed in the late 19th century, the communal house is a place to worship Mr. Tran Van Thien (1795 - 1883), who had great merit in reclaiming and establishing villages on the ancient land of Tay Ninh.

The entire structure was constructed with sophisticated sculpting techniques. Each sculptural line, each embossed piece and especially the gold-plated lacquer technique were meticulously executed, as a living testament to the talented hands and creative minds of ancient artisans. After many ups and downs of time and many restorations, this place still retains its ancient spirit, but at the same time puts on a fresh, modern appearance, creating a unique blend.

Hiep Ninh Communal House is not just a simple architectural work, it is also the cultural heart of the community. Every year, traditional festivals of the Southern communal houses are vividly recreated, bringing visitors and locals into a festive atmosphere. In particular, the Ky Yen and Cau Bong Festivals are not only rituals but also the voice of the rice farmers, expressing their aspirations for a bountiful harvest and a prosperous life.

Similarly, Thai Binh communal house is also an architectural work of unique beauty. According to documents, together with Hiep Ninh communal house, Thai Binh communal house was formed over a century ago, worshiping Thanh Hoang Vo Van Oai, a general under the Nguyen Dynasty who had many feats of arms against the enemy, protecting the territory, bringing a peaceful life to the local people. Previously, before the communal house was built, people built a temple to worship Mr. Oai in Ben Be area (later belonging to Quarter 5, Ward 1, Tay Ninh city). On March 18, 1917, King Khai Dinh, year 2, issued a decree to confer Thanh Hoang on Thai Binh communal house. The communal house has great cultural value in the people's lives. However, the communal house is currently in a state of disrepair, many items are damaged but have not been repaired, causing concerns about the risk of losing its inherent cultural value.

In addition, Chot Mat ancient tower and Binh Thanh architectural relic are also attractive destinations for tourists when exploring Tay Ninh. Bearing the mark of Oc Eo culture, these works are not only attractive for their ancient and mysterious features but also suggest a journey back in history. When coming here, visitors feel like they are touching time, feeling the depth of culture and the unique intersection between the past and the present right in the heart of Tay Ninh.

According to Mr. Nguyen Nam Giang, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Tay Ninh province, to promote sustainable cultural values, especially turning the journey to discover Tay Ninh into a vivid and memorable experience, the province focuses on investing in technology to improve the quality of tourism. Accordingly, the province has deployed QR codes at 73 tourist attractions, integrated virtual reality (VR) technology, augmented reality (AR) technology and tested NFC technology at major tourist attractions. These applications not only help tourists access information quickly but also expand the experience space, especially attracting the young generation who love technology.

To strengthen the work of preserving and promoting the value of historical and cultural relics and scenic spots in the area after rearranging administrative units and building a 2-level local government organization model, the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province has also directed units to review and adjust to determine responsibilities for new management work.

According to Vice Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee Doan Trung Kien, after the new wards and communes are reorganized, these units will strengthen the management of relics, ensuring that there are organizations and representatives directly responsible for managing and protecting the relics, and not allowing the situation of having no or unclear direct responsible persons to occur. At the same time, urgently complete the relic management apparatus to ensure good performance of tasks within their authority.
