Social policy credit (CSXH) is a special activity with a high socialization. In Hoi An City, as of May 31, the total outstanding debt of policy credit programs in the area reached more than 310 billion VND with 4,902 customers still having outstanding debt (growth rate reached 5.91%, an increase of more than 17.3 billion VND compared to the beginning of the year).

The quality of policy credit in Hoi An is maintained, there is no overdue debt. Due debts are handled in accordance with regulations; savings mobilization is always focused on; interest collection reaches 100% of the interest receivable; financial work ensures the plan; inspection and supervision are carried out fully and in accordance with regulations. The quality of policy credit activities in Hoi An is always at the top of the province.

Recently, the Transaction Office of the Social Policy Bank of Hoi An City organized training and propaganda in communes and wards with the participation of many officials of commune-level associations, unions, village chiefs, poverty reduction officers, and management boards of savings and loan groups.

Every month, at the commune transaction point, credit officers organize meetings to disseminate new documents on credit policies to the entire farmers' association, women's association, veterans' association, commune-level youth union, savings and loan group leaders, and customers participating in transactions.

The unit regularly transmits and updates new information on policy credit activities on the Facebook page of the Transaction Office of the Social Policy Bank of Hoi An City for people to easily grasp.
