According to the Department of Agriculture and Environment, since the beginning of the year, no new seriously polluting establishments have been established in the province; the rate of collected and treated domestic solid waste has reached 98.8%; 100% of establishments causing serious environmental pollution have been thoroughly treated. In addition, the Department of Agriculture and Environment has inspected the waste treatment system at 36 establishments, of which 26 are in the trial operation phase. The total fee collected from wastewater reached more than 3.64 billion VND, reaching 45.5% of the annual plan. Regarding emissions, the department has appraised the environmental protection fee declarations of 81 establishments, collecting nearly 78 million VND.

On average, each month, localities in the province collect and treat about 70,000 tons of domestic solid waste, contributing significantly to maintaining environmental hygiene and aiming for sustainable development...
