The Nuoc Hai town bypass project invested by the People's Committee of Hoa An district has a total length of 3.7 km, designed according to the mountainous level III standards combined with urban level I standards. Of which, 2.3 km of the road surface is designed to be 9 m wide, the remaining 1.5 km long section is designed with a road surface and sidewalks up to 26 m wide. Currently, contractors are focusing on mobilizing machinery and human resources to speed up the construction progress of embankment items, road surface compaction, installation of drainage systems and many auxiliary items.
Mr. Le Van Minh, Site Commander, said: During the construction process, the unit encountered some difficulties due to many construction locations along the route being blocked by high-voltage power lines and a shortage of road surface materials, especially in areas with a depth of 3-4 m that required transporting soil from other places. Therefore, the unit has proactively mobilized human and material resources to focus on handling difficult points and low-lying road sections before the upcoming rainy season, striving to complete and put the project into use by the end of 2025, 1 year earlier than planned.
The project of bypassing Nuoc Hai town, after being completed and put into use, will contribute to reducing traffic through the town center, ensuring safety for people and vehicles passing by. At the same time, it will create conditions for Nuoc Hai town to plan and expand urban space, promoting the socio -economic development of the district and surrounding areas.
