The Fatherland Front Committees at all levels in the province have stepped up propaganda and mobilized people to raise awareness, promote the spirit of solidarity, mutual love and affection, actively participate in contributing labor and materials to support disadvantaged households to build solid houses, issue many documents guiding the Fatherland Front Committees of districts and cities to implement; issue documents to members of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, departments, branches and Fatherland Fronts of districts and cities to respond to the emulation movement "Joining hands to build houses for the poor" in 2025. Mobilize cadres, party members, organizations, businesses, and philanthropists inside and outside the province to participate in supporting the "For the Poor" Fund and the Social Security Fund to create resources to implement the program.
The Provincial Fatherland Front Committee coordinates with the Provincial People's Committee, relevant departments and branches to review and compile a list of households living in temporary houses and households in need of support, ensuring publicity, transparency and the right subjects. Directs the Fatherland Front Committees of districts and cities to participate in monitoring the progress of construction, ensuring the quality, progress and efficiency of the project. Propose to the Steering Committee for supporting XNT and NDN in the province on the plan to socialize funding for the province and districts to support XNT and NDN; agrees with the Provincial People's Committee to issue Decision No. 319/QD-UBND, dated March 13, 2025 on assigning targets for supporting XNT and NDN in the province in 2025, and at the same time develop a plan to ensure the socialized funding source is assigned for implementation. Coordinate with departments, branches and organizations to send open letters to companies and enterprises inside and outside the province to support funding for XNT and NDN implementation...
In addition to the State budget support, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee actively calls for the participation of the business community, religious organizations, fellow countrymen associations, overseas Cao Bang compatriots... to diversify resources, creating conditions for the rapid and sustainable implementation of XNT and NDN.
From the beginning of 2025, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee received a budget of 134 billion 660 million VND, of which the Ministry of Public Security supported 131 billion VND; the Central Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha 300 million VND; VNPT Cao Bang 180 million VND; the Organizing Committee of the Liveshow Doc Mong Mo - Brothers Unite 500 million VND to build 10 houses in Hoa An district; Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade, Lang Son Branch 2 billion VND (out of a total of 10 billion VND committed to implement in 2024); the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai province 500 million VND; Customs Sub-Department of Region VI 60 million VND to build a new house for Ms. Le Thi Phuong, Ban Luong hamlet, Co Ngan commune (Ha Lang); Lam Hong Business Club in Dong Nai 120 million VND to build 2 new houses in Ngoc Dao commune (Ha Quang).
Through the above sources of support, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee - Provincial "For the Poor" Fund has allocated funds to the people, especially the support source of the Ministry of Public Security in Decision No. 179/QD-BVĐ, dated April 18, 2025, allocating 130 billion 980 million VND for poor and near-poor households in the province of XNT, NDN with a cost of 60 million VND for building new houses, 30 million VND for repairing houses (of which, Hoa An has 39 houses, Ha Quang has 517 houses, Nguyen Binh has 148 houses, Bao Lac has 592 houses, Bao Lam has 936 houses, Quang Hoa has 172 houses, Trung Khanh has 63 houses, Ha Lang has 36 houses, Thach An has 45 houses).
Promoting the role of social supervision and criticism, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee develops a plan to supervise the Program on Housing Development and People's Committees for the period of 2024 - 2025, coordinates with relevant agencies to strengthen supervision of the implementation of housing support policies for poor households, promptly detects and recommends solutions to difficulties and problems arising during the implementation process, ensuring the rights of the people. In addition, it criticizes related policies and guidelines to improve the quality of housing support for the people.
In the coming time, the province needs to mobilize nearly 70 billion VND from socialized sources to complete the program, which requires the cooperation and contribution of the entire political system, the business community and the whole society. Therefore, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels continue to mobilize and receive support from organizations and individuals; allocate socialized resources, promote the role of social supervision and criticism of social security policies. At the same time, propagate and create social consensus for people and businesses to support, share, and share responsibility in taking care of the material and spiritual life of the people, especially the poor in the province to have housing to settle down and work.
With the motto "No one is left behind", the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee pledges to make every effort, together with all levels, sectors, the entire people and the social community to join hands, contribute and take practical actions to soon complete the goal of building a clean and green economy in the province in 2025.
