Weather forecast for January 22, 2024: Temperatures drop, cold rain covers the entire North

During this cold air mass, the lowest temperature in the North will generally be from 7-10 degrees, in the mountainous areas of the North from 3-6 degrees, in some high mountainous areas below 0 degrees; in the North Central region from 9-11 degrees; in the area from Quang Binh to Thua Thien Hue from 13-16 degrees.
