High tide forecast from November 17-24 is lower than the first wave of November.

According to the Provincial Hydrometeorological Station, the highest daily peak tide level on river banks and canals in the province has gradually decreased and is 17cm lower than alert level 1 (BĐI) to 10cm higher than alert level III in the past 24 hours.

Localities and people need to have plans to protect and reinforce the dike system and proactively deal with flooding caused by high tides.

The highest peak tide level at the stations from November 11 to 15 appeared on November 15 (September 26 of the lunar calendar). My Thuan station is approximately level III, the remaining stations are 3-20cm lower than level I.

Forecast of the highest peak tide at the stations with the possibility: My Thuan and Cho Lach stations will peak from 9:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on November 11. My Hoa, Tra Vinh and Cau Quan stations will peak from 0:30 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. on November 15. An Thuan, Binh Dai and Ben Trai stations will peak from 0:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. on November 15. The possibility of flooding on November 11 is from 1-20 cm, with some places being 10-40 cm deep (Binh Minh bus station), then gradually decreasing (the depth of flooding will gradually increase according to the rising water level of the tide).

The forecast for the high tide from November 17-24 is lower than this high tide (from November 4-10, 2025). Warning information on natural disaster risk level: level 1, My Thuan station area level 2.

Recommendation: Localities need to have plans to protect and reinforce the dyke system, raise furniture and belongings, proactively deal with flooding and landslides caused by high tides combined with upstream floods, rain and other factors; especially the upstream areas of the province from Tan Phu - Phu Tuc commune (Tien river), Cho Lach commune (Ham Luong river), Tan Thieng - Hung Khanh Trung - Quoi An commune (Co Chien river), Tra On commune (Hau river) and above, other low-lying areas, weak dyke areas - without and outside the dyke, areas of islets, islands, riverside areas.
