Tourists travel thousands of kilometers to Hanoi to take photos of 30-year-old Dien grapefruit garden

(Dan Tri) - Dien grapefruit garden in Hanoi has been in the golden ripening season since early November, attracting many tourists from Hanoi and other provinces to visit and take check-in photos every day.

Since early November, Dien grapefruit gardens in Phuc Dien ward (Bac Tu Liem district, Hanoi) have begun to enter the harvest season, thousands of yellow grapefruits creating a beautiful natural picture, attracting many tourists to take photos.

It is noted that at Dien grapefruit garden located on Van Tien Dung street, with an area of 4 hectares and nearly 2,000 grapefruit trees over 30 years old, although it has only been open to visitors for a week, this has become a place that attracts a lot of people of all ages to visit and take photos to check-in.

The Dien grapefruit trees have just ripened, combined with the cool weather and warm sunshine of early winter, creating a unique landscape that attracts tourists. Grade 1 grapefruits are sold at the garden for 40,000 VND/fruit.

To have the best photos in the grapefruit garden, many people have invested in makeup and hired professional photographers to accompany them. The garden also has a costume and prop rental service to serve the needs of visitors.

The costumes chosen by customers are often traditional ao dai or ao ba ba, imbued with the rustic beauty of the countryside.

Ms. To Thuy (in white shirt) and her mother traveled nearly 1,500km from Da Lat to Hanoi to visit and take photos at Dien grapefruit garden. Ms. Thuy shared: "I saw this grapefruit garden on social media and decided to come here with my mother to take photos during this visit to Hanoi. The space here is very beautiful, instead of ao dai, my mother and I chose simpler, more casual outfits."

Phuong Ha (Long Bien district, Hanoi) also learned about the grapefruit garden through social networking sites, so she quickly went to the garden to take photos. "Instead of the spring flower garden, choosing to take photos at the grapefruit garden is also popular with many ideas. In the garden, you can also flexibly change clothes, so it is very convenient. The cost including costumes, makeup and photographer ranges from 1-1.5 million VND," Ha said.

To enhance the visitor experience, many corners of the garden are decorated with lively miniature landscapes.

Due to the recent impact of Typhoon Yagi , many grapefruit gardens were flooded, causing severe damage to the grapefruit roots. Gardeners regularly take care of and water the trees to keep them moist, hoping to save many roots for the 2025 Lunar New Year.
