Since last year, after successfully organizing the Saigontourist Group Food Culture and Delicacies Festival 2024, we have boldly planned to bring this event abroad to serve overseas Vietnamese and international visitors, and at the same time, it is also an opportunity to contribute to promoting tourism in Ho Chi Minh City in particular and Vietnam tourism in general. Through the festivals that have been held from previous years until now, the Saigontourist Group Food Culture and Delicacies Festival has affirmed that this is a major cultural and tourism event, attracting the attention of many domestic and foreign tourists. We are very proud that the Saigontourist Group Food Culture Festival, Saigontourist Group's annual delicious dishes organized by Saigontourist Group is the only large-scale culinary cultural event in Vietnam to be honored to receive prestigious awards from the World Culinary Awards: "Asia's Best Culinary Festival" award for three consecutive years 2022, 2023, 2024 and excellently won the "World's Best Culinary Festival" award for two consecutive years 2023, 2024.

Of course, we cannot expect the event held abroad to have the same "record" number of delicious dishes as when held domestically, but will be reduced accordingly. The same goes for cultural and artistic activities. Because organizing events abroad will involve many things related to local cultural characteristics, problems with materials, logistics, costs, participating personnel, etc., we are thinking of a plan to bring the "framework" based on the winning dishes of the top 10 delicious dishes, top 10 regional specialties, top 10 must-try drinks at the Saigontourist Group Food and Culture Festival 2025 to enrich, then "package" and send abroad to promote the quintessence of Vietnamese cuisine along with the nuances of Vietnamese traditional culture and art, which are extremely unique, attractive, and inviting. What must be done so that after attending the Saigontourist Group Food and Culture Festival, international visitors will want to travel to Vietnam, explore immediately, and return many times after that.

In addition to cuisine, the festival also offers many unique cultural and artistic activities such as water puppetry, street magic circus, Thai xoe dance, quan ho, don ca tai tu, Khmer monkey dance, Ben Tre sac bua singing, bai choi singing, Hue singing, Tay Nguyen gong performances of the Xo Dang ethnic group, traditional stone instruments, and Southern-style call-and-response singing. Visitors to the festival also have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a space filled with a festive atmosphere imbued with the cultural identity of the three regions, experience the highland market, and try on costumes of the ethnic groups in the East and Northwest highlands.
Hundreds of delicious Vietnamese dishes and selected cultural and artistic programs... will be introduced at the 2025 festival.
In addition, the festival also attracts visitors with traditional craft village activities, making folk cakes with more than 50 types of cakes, experiencing leaf wrapping, baking, steaming, frying cakes with artisans, learning to make vermicelli, weaving hats, making rice paper, baking rice paper, brewing wine, making fu linh cake, ka tum cake of the Khmer people in the South. This year's craft village area will be added with activities of making wooden clogs, making paper pinwheels, Hoi An lanterns, experiencing making pottery, Dong Ho paintings, making paper flowers with artisans from Thanh Tien paper flower craft village in the ancient capital of Hue.
