However, the verification agency requested the Government to clarify the reasons and solutions for the low implementation of many land use indicators approved by the National Assembly. Specifically, agricultural land reached only 2.65%; transportation land reached 10.81%; and land for cultural facilities reached 1.96%... On the other hand, Mr. Vu Hong Thanh also suggested that during the planning and adjustment process, the Government should ensure the preservation of rice cultivation land area, forest cover, and pay attention to allocating residential and production land for ethnic minorities.
