Estevao continues to shine. |
In the early morning of November 26, Chelsea crushed Barcelona 3-0 in the 5th round of the Champions League qualifying round. Estevao was the highlight with a decisive shot from a tight angle in the 55th minute, making the roof of the net of the reigning Spanish champions, raising the score to 2-0.
With this goal, Estevao became the third teenager to score in all three first appearances in Europe's most prestigious tournament, after Kylian Mbappe (18 years 113 days) and Erling Haaland (19 years 107 days).
The young Brazilian talent also became the first player for "The Blues" to score in three consecutive Champions League matches since Willian did this in November 2015.
