EVN introduces new electricity bill model

(Chinhphu.vn) - Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN) has designed a new invoice form with additional information according to the provisions of Decree No. 70/2025/ND-CP to be applied from June 1, 2025.

New electricity bill form effective from June 1, 2025.

Pursuant to Decree No. 70/2025/ND-CP dated March 20, 2025 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 123/2020/ND-CP dated October 19, 2020 of the Government regulating invoices and documents;

Pursuant to Circular No. 32/2025/TT-BTC dated May 31, 2025 of the Minister of Finance guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Tax Administration dated June 13, 2019, Decree No. 123/2020/ND-CP dated October 19, 2020 of the Government regulating invoices and documents, Decree No. 70/2025/CD-CP dated March 20, 2025 amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 123/2020/CD-CP;

EVN has designed a new invoice template to adjust and supplement some information according to the provisions of Decree No. 70/2025/ND-CP on electricity bills to be applied from June 1, 2025, specifically including: Identification number; Code of the unit related to the budget; Passport number.

In case the customer has provided the above information to the electricity unit (when signing a contract or changing contract information, updating additional information), the electricity bill will display the information according to regulations.

In case of need to update/adjust information on the bill, customers should contact the Customer Care Center of the Electricity Corporations for resolution and support.
