Nearly 1 billion VND awarded to the first prize in the architectural design competition for the Dong Nai Provincial Political - Administrative Center

(DN) - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha signed and issued Plan No. 220/KH-UBND dated June 24, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee to organize the competition to select architectural plans for the Dong Nai Provincial Political - Administrative Center.

According to the Provincial People's Committee, the organization of the architectural design competition for the Dong Nai Provincial Political - Administrative Center aims to concretize the policy of relocating and building a new provincial administrative center, gradually completing the administrative - urban infrastructure system, in line with the orientation of developing modern urban space and architecture, focusing on professionalism, with synchronous investment in technical infrastructure systems, meeting the requirements of the 4.0 revolution, digital transformation... Thereby, creating favorable conditions for managing the socio -economic development of the province and the requirement of effectively serving the people.

The results of the competition will be the basis for implementing the next steps in the investment process of building the province's Political - Administrative Center, contributing to speeding up the implementation of projects.

The architectural design competition for the Provincial Political and Administrative Center will be organized in two rounds, including a preliminary round and a competitive round. Participants are domestic and foreign consulting organizations.

Regarding the awards, the competition for architectural plans for the Provincial Political and Administrative Center has a structure of 3 prizes. Of which, 1 first prize will be awarded 900 million VND, 1 second prize will be awarded 700 million VND and 1 third prize will be awarded 500 million VND. In addition, up to 5 unwinning plans will be supported with about 500 million VND.

The province's Political - Administrative Center is planned to be built in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park after its function has been converted with an area of ​​over 100 hectares.
