At the conference, members of the provincial Steering Committee focused on discussing and proposing solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles when the time to conduct the general census coincided with the end of the activities of the district-level Party Committee and government, and the establishment of new communes, so the direction of the general census would be very difficult if the commune-level Steering Committee was not completed in time.
Therefore, the urgent task is that the members of the Provincial Steering Committee assigned to be in charge of localities need to coordinate with relevant departments, branches and sectors; the Party Committee and the communal authorities actively monitor and supervise the localities under their charge, and take responsibility for urging the progress of information collection and the quality of information collected in the areas under their charge.
The Standing Office of the Provincial Steering Committee strengthens monitoring and regularly grasps information to have timely handling plans, especially paying attention to remote, isolated and border areas.
