On the morning of April 29, the Gia Nghia City Association of the Elderly (Dak Nong) organized a cultural and sports exchange to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Association of the Elderly (May 10, 1995 - May 10, 2025) and the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).
The program attracted the participation of nearly 150 members from 12 clubs under the branches and residential groups in the city. With a joyful and exciting atmosphere, the members brought 24 special performances.
The singing, dancing and folk dance performances focused on praising the glorious Party, beloved Uncle Ho, love for the homeland and country, and the indomitable spirit of the Vietnamese people in the struggle for national liberation.
The exchange not only contributes to reviewing the glorious historical tradition but also creates an opportunity for the elderly to meet, exchange and encourage each other to live happily, healthily and usefully for their families and society.
This is also an opportunity to promote the cultural and artistic movement among elderly members to develop more deeply and qualitatively.
