At the festival, the yard of Anh Dao Kindergarten was filled with the red color of the national flag, blending with the bright smiles of nearly 300 students. Children in military uniforms, shirts, red flags with yellow stars and props such as tanks, carts, artillery platforms and combat weapons were carefully prepared by parents and the school, enthusiastically participating in the meaningful program. Thereby, expressing national pride through each look, smile and bustling footsteps of the children.
Under the guidance of teachers, the atmosphere of the Festival was vividly recreated by the children with models of historical symbols such as tanks, artillery platforms, carts, etc. and especially the Independence Palace (now the Reunification Hall). The children not only participated in cultural activities but also enjoyed the parade, “driving tanks”, “entering the Independence Palace” in miniature scenes carefully prepared by teachers and parents.

The image of teachers and students wearing military uniforms and singing heroic songs like “I love you, soldiers”, “Like having Uncle Ho on the great victory day”… created a scene that was both innocent, emotional and full of pride.
The festival also had the participation of many veterans, people with meritorious services to the revolution, militia forces and local youth. Thereby, it contributed to making the festival more exciting, joyful and meaningful.

After organizing a "military parade" in the school yard, under the guidance of teachers, veterans and parents, nearly 300 young soldiers from Anh Dao Kindergarten marched 1.5 km to Nguyen Du Secondary School (Loc Thang town). Here, many kindergarten students visited the Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space. There, they listened to teachers introduce the life and revolutionary career of the great President Ho Chi Minh; Uncle Ho's teachings to children and students; and saw images of Uncle Ho with teenagers, children and students...
Also at Nguyen Du Secondary School, the young soldiers also experienced meaningful activities such as planting trees, taking care of ecological vegetable gardens and learning how to protect the surrounding living environment.

Teacher Nguyen Thi Ky - Principal of Anh Dao Kindergarten, was moved: "April this year is a special milestone with the mark of 50 years of national history. The school has planned to organize many practical activities toeducate children about patriotism from the most familiar, practical and meaningful things. Innocent images in military uniforms, filled with national flags, combined with the innocent joy of children are the way the school chooses to sow the seeds of love for the homeland and country; gratitude and national pride in the souls of today's preschool generation, the future of the country".
Not only the teachers and armed forces, but also many parents actively accompanied the school throughout the process of organizing the Vietnam Pride Day. From preparing costumes and accessories, to supporting logistics and cheering up the children, everyone joined hands to create a memorable Day.

Teacher Nguyen Thi Loan - Secretary of the Youth Union of Anh Dao Kindergarten, said: "The collective of teachers and members of the Youth Union together implemented the Festival program according to the school's plan. Each activity received enthusiastic support from parents. The children were very eager to participate and show their pride in our beloved Vietnam."

Teacher Thao Thi Mai Lan - homeroom teacher of class La 3, expressed: "Seeing the children happy and excited when wearing the soldier's uniform and smiling eagerly and joyfully, we are all happy too. This is a very meaningful activity, helping children, even at a young age, begin to feel and understand more about history and national pride."
