Signboard of Kim Lien Ward Flower Garden project to welcome the Ward Party Congress

On the morning of August 21, Kim Lien ward held a ceremony to put up a signboard for the project "Kim Lien ward flower garden" in the area of ​​Thuy Loi University.

This is a project to welcome the 1st Congress of Kim Lien Ward Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

The project "Renovation and upgrading of the flower garden of Thuy Loi University" (Kim Lien Ward flower garden) has been approved by the People's Council and People's Committee of Dong Da district in the investment policy in Resolution No. 11/NQ-HDND dated June 30, 2023 and approved the construction investment project in Decision No. 2833/QD-UBND dated September 25, 2023, with a total investment of nearly 30.9 billion VND.

The goal of investing in renovating and upgrading the flower garden is to complete the infrastructure, ensure safety, urban beauty, environmental sanitation, and meet the aspirations of the people and voters in the area.

The construction scale of the project includes: Stage, square, fountain, walkway, parking lot... In which, the square floor, stage, walkway, flower pots, and seats are made of natural stone; the lighting system is renovated using high-pressure lamps combined with low-level mushroom lamps, lighting poles, and LED bulbs; adding a steel flower trellis painted with imitation wood to create highlights; renovating public toilets, installing fixed trash cans around the flower garden.

The Kim Lien Ward Flower Garden project started in November 2024. The contractor and related units have had solutions to concentrate human resources, materials, equipment, and machinery to speed up the construction progress. By June 2025, the Ward's Economic , Infrastructure and Urban Department had inspected, accepted the completion and handed over the project for use. The project was completed on schedule, ensuring good quality, meeting technical and aesthetic requirements. The construction process ensures labor safety, environmental sanitation, fire and explosion prevention and control, and the proposed progress.

With upgraded facilities, Kim Lien Flower Garden in the area of Thuy Loi University will become an attractive place for people in the area to come for activities, exercise, sports , entertainment and recreation.
