According to records, rubber prices today (December 30) in the domestic market maintained a sideways trend. In the world market, rubber prices on the Tocom (Japan) and SHFE (China) exchanges increased simultaneously.
Domestic rubber price
In the trading session this morning, December 30, the purchase price of latex, coagulated latex, and mixed latex continued to be stable at the companies.
Prices collected at Mang Yang Rubber Company today, remaining stable: Grade 1 latex at 438 VND/TSC/kg; Grade 2 latex at 434 VND/TSC/kg;
Today's mixed latex: Mixed latex type 1 at 441 VND/TSC/kg; Mixed latex type 2 at 387 VND/TSC/kg.
Phu Rieng Rubber Company today: Water latex price is at 465 VND/TSC/kg; Mixed latex price is at 425 VND/TSC/kg.
Ba Ria Rubber Company, today's latex purchase price: Level 1 is priced at 462 VND/TSC/kg, applicable to TSC levels of 30 or higher; Level 2 is priced at 457 VND/TSC/kg, applicable to TSC levels of 25 to under 30; Level 3 is priced at 452 VND/TSC/kg, applicable to TSC levels of 20 to under 25.
Today's mixed latex prices are stable: Cup latex, coagulated latex with DRC ≥ 50% at 18,200 VND/kg; Cup latex, coagulated latex with DRC from 45-50% at 16,900 VND/kg; Clotted latex with DRC from 35-45% at 13,600 VND/kg.
Prices at Binh Long Rubber Company remain flat: Water latex: 386-396 VND/TSC; mixed latex with 60% DRC is priced at 14,000 VND/kg.
World rubber price
According to a survey, at the online trading session this morning, December 30, the price of RSS3 rubber for delivery in March 2025 at the Osaka Exchange (OSE), Japan, was at 373.5 yen/kg.
On the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE), the January 2025 contract was at 17,430 yuan/ton; the March 2025 contract was at 17,590 yuan/ton; the April 2025 contract was at 17,670 yuan/ton; the May 2025 contract was at 17,675 yuan/ton. The June 2025 contract was at 17,740 yuan/ton.
In Thailand, the price of RSS 3 rubber for December delivery in Thailand is at 79 Baht/kg.
The World Bank has raised its China GDP growth forecasts for 2024 and 2025 to take into account the impact of recent policy easing and near-term export strength.
According to data from the General Department of Customs, from the beginning of the year to December 15, 2024, Vietnam exported 1.88 million tons of rubber, earning 3.18 billion USD, down 5.9% in volume but up 17.8% in value compared to the same period last year.
