At the same time, he monitors and directs the Provincial People's Committee Office, the Department of Finance (in charge), the Department of Agriculture and Environment (in charge), the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, the Provincial Agricultural and Rural Development Project Management Board and statistical agencies.
· Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh is assigned to be in charge of the following areas: foreign affairs; industry; trade, trade promotion, e-commerce, trade services, border trade; industrial promotion; market management; electricity, renewable energy; financial management of state-owned enterprises (including equitization of enterprises, enterprise innovation); banking; cooperatives; collective economy; finance for state financial funds outside the budget.
Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh monitors, leads and directs the Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Finance (in charge), Provincial Cooperative Union, Provincial Development Investment Fund. He also maintains contact with the State Bank and units and organizations in charge.
· Mr. Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang is Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Head of the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board, assigned to be in charge of the following areas: transportation, planning, economic zones, industrial zones. He is also in charge of ODA investment projects, investment projects in the form of BT, BOT, PPP, projects in the transportation sector and projects in assigned sectors and fields.
At the same time, Mr. Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang monitors, leads and directs the activities of the Economic Zone Management Board, the Department of Construction (in charge), and the Provincial Traffic and Civil Project Management Board.
· Mr. Lam Hai Giang is in charge of the following fields: science and technology;education and training; labor, wages; social insurance; employment; occupational safety and hygiene; meritorious people; monitoring administrative procedure control; implementing the one-stop, one-stop mechanism in handling administrative procedures under the authority of the locality; administrative reform; state documents and archives; digital transformation; directing the activities of the Department of Science and Technology, Department of Education and Training, Department of Home Affairs (in charge), Office of the Provincial People's Committee (in charge), Union of Science and Technology Associations of the province, and colleges in the province.
Mr. Lam Hai Giang also maintains contact with the Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch, Social Insurance Agency (Social Insurance sector), Universities, colleges, units and organizations in the field of responsibility.
· Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Lich is assigned to be in charge of the following areas: health ; culture, sports, tourism; social protection; health insurance; youth, women, gender equality; government mass mobilization work; grassroots democracy implementation work; directly directing the activities of the Department of Health, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Department of Home Affairs (areas in charge).
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Lich was also assigned to be the contact point between the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, the Social Insurance agency (health insurance sector), the Association, non-governmental organizations, socio-political organizations and units and organizations in the assigned field.
· Mr. Nguyen Huu Que is in charge of the following fields: justice; civil enforcement; transportation; construction (except for the fields of traffic and planning).
Mr. Nguyen Huu Que was also assigned to monitor and direct the activities of the following units: Department of Justice, Department of Construction (in charge), Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement and Construction Investment Project Management Board.
· Mr. Duong Mah Tiep is assigned to be in charge of the following areas: ethnic and religious affairs; agriculture and rural development; forest fire prevention and fighting; natural disaster prevention and control, rescue and relief; and state reserves.
Mr. Duong Mah Tiep also monitors national target programs; directs the activities of the Department of Agriculture and Environment (in charge), the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, Kon Ka Kinh National Park, and the Provincial Forest Protection and Development Fund. He also maintains contact with the State Reserve Agency, units, and organizations in the field of responsibility.
In addition, the Vice Chairmen of Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee are also assigned to be in charge of projects, compensation, site clearance and resettlement, inspection, settlement of complaints, denunciations, recommendations, and audits according to assigned sectors and fields.
