In addition, a teacher in charge of the Youth Union at Nguyen Tri Phuong Primary School (Ayun Ha Commune) was accused of sexually abusing many female students.

The Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Education and Training and the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to quickly deploy measures to rectify, improve management efficiency and prevent violations....

In particular, the People's Committee of Phu Thien district urgently verified and fully reported the results of handling the two above-mentioned cases; at the same time, reviewed the management of staff and teachers, focusing on training ethics, lifestyle, and professional standards of teachers.

The Department of Education and Training is responsible for directing education departments and educational institutions to promote political , ideological and ethical education for teachers. Units must strictly implement regulations on professional ethics, exemplary responsibility and codes of conduct in the educational environment, including in cyberspace....

The provincial police need to direct professional units to investigate and strictly handle violations with signs of crime; at the same time, coordinate with theeducation sector in the work of prevention, detection and dissemination of laws on child protection.

Previously, as VietNamNet reported, on the afternoon of April 24, Mr. RK (principal of a secondary school in Phu Thien district) shared a photo of a woman in a nude bathroom on the school's Zalo group, causing a stir in public opinion.

Explaining this issue, Mr. K. said that that day a friend and his wife had an argument because of jealousy. The husband couldn't get through to his wife so he asked Mr. K. to call for him.

When the woman picked up the phone, she was in the bathroom. Seeing this, Mr. K. took a picture to send to her husband but mistakenly sent it to the office Zalo group. The above image only existed for about 1 minute and was immediately withdrawn.

On April 25, Nguyen Tri Phuong Primary School received feedback from some parents about teacher Loc Quang Ly (Team Leader)'s inappropriate behavior and molestation of students in the school, so the Board of Directors and the school's Trade Union invited teacher Loc Quang Ly to work.

During the investigation, teacher Loc Quang Ly said that during training for the school's Ceremonial Team, Ly touched the bodies of the students in the team.

The Investigation Police Agency of Gia Lai Province Police has detained Loc Quang Ly (37 years old, residing in Ayun Ha commune, Phu Thien district) to investigate the act of molesting a person under 16 years old.
