Hoa Sen Agricultural Production and Purchasing Cooperative in Nghia Duc Ward, Gia Nghia City ( Dak Nong ) specializes in producing tomatoes and melons. The cooperative's tomato and melon products are certified to VietGAP standards, so they have a stable output with a yield of 60 - 90 tons/year.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Sen, Director of the Cooperative, said that the Cooperative was supported by Gia Nghia City to build a model of VietGAP products and support the construction of greenhouses with a cost of hundreds of millions of VND. This is truly a huge stepping stone for the Cooperative in improving the quality of agricultural products and improving economic efficiency.

According to the report of Gia Nghia City People's Committee, in the period of 2020 - 2025, the value of agriculture, forestry and fishery is estimated at 4,631 billion VND, an average increase of 926 billion VND/year. The average growth rate of the agricultural sector is estimated at 4.40%/year.

This area contributes with other fields to increase annual per capita income, reduce poverty, and build new rural areas.
