Compared to the beginning of the month, pepper prices have increased by VND10,000/kg in most provinces, but in Binh Phuoc, they have only increased by VND7,000/kg. Experts say that this price increase is due to increased demand from the Chinese and Middle Eastern markets.

The decline of the USD, due to expectations that the Fed will cut interest rates, also contributed to supporting the increase in commodity prices in general and pepper in particular.
