In the first month of this year, businesses and individual production and business establishments in Binh Thuan have stepped up their activities to serve the 2024 Lunar New Year. Along with that, the electricity production and distribution sector continues to maintain stable operations and actively contribute to the growth of the entire local industry.
The results of January 2024 showed that the industrial production value (2010 comparative price) in the province was estimated at 3,403.3 billion VND, up 15.3% over the same period last year. The main contribution came from the processing and manufacturing industry with 1,395.3 billion VND (up 11.8%), electricity production and distribution reached nearly 1,920 billion VND (up 20.3%)...
This month, local industrial production activities also recorded many main products increasing compared to the same period, such as: Frozen seafood increased by 62.5%, dried seafood increased by more than 29%, fish sauce increased by 29%. In addition, mineral water (excluding purified mineral water) increased by 64.4%, footwear of all kinds increased by nearly 55%, ready-made clothes increased by more than 40%, bricks of all kinds increased by 25.8%, electricity production increased by 21.8%, rubber latex processing increased by 20.5%, wooden furniture and wooden products increased by 60.5%...
