Gold price today June 30: World price increases and decreases continuously, domestic price remains unchanged

The difference between the buying and selling price of domestic gold is from 2 to 2.5 million VND per tael. The price of domestic gold is increasing rapidly. The price of gold rings is 12 million VND per tael higher than the world price , while SJC gold bars are 15.5 million VND more expensive.

The world gold price fell by 7 USD to 3,260 USD/ounce but quickly rebounded to 3,275 USD/ounce. In the past 30 days, the gold price has decreased by 16 USD/ounce, equivalent to 0.5%. The gold market is trading at a low level.

Lukman Otunuga, senior market analyst at FXTM, said that gold is turning bearish and heading for a second consecutive week of losses. A weekly close below $3,300 could open the way to $3,250 and even $3,200 an ounce. A rebound above $3,300 could trigger a recovery to $3,330 and $3,360. Some experts expect gold prices to remain stable as the US Federal Reserve maintains a neutral monetary policy. During his two-day testimony before Congress last week, Fed Chairman Jerome Powell reiterated that the central bank is in no rush to cut interest rates because inflation risks remain uncertain.

This week, some important economic information will be released that will affect gold, including June non-farm payroll data, which will be released on Thursday due to the July 4 holiday; US weekly jobless claims; ISM services PMI; JOLTS job openings; ADP non-farm employment change.../.
