Domestic gold ring price drops 150,000 VND, SJC brand remains stable - Lang Son Electronic Newspaper

The price of gold rings at domestic enterprises decreased by 150,000 VND per tael in the opening session on the morning of August 15, however, the SJC brand continued to remain stable at 80 million VND per tael.

The price of gold rings turned down this morning (August 15) while the SJC brand remained stable for two consecutive sessions.

At 9:15 a.m., Phu Quy Company listed the price of 999.0 round gold rings at 76.45-77.70 million VND/tael, down 150,000 VND/tael. Meanwhile, at Bao Tin Minh Chau Company, the price of plain round gold rings was listed at 76.52-77.72 million VND/tael (buy/sell), down 160,000 VND/tael.

Yesterday, the price of gold rings in some places increased by 50,000 VND/tael.

In this morning's session, SJC gold price continued to remain stable. Specifically, Doji , Phu Quy and Saigon Jewelry announced the buying price at 78.0 million VND/tael and the selling price at 80.0 million VND/tael. The most recent adjustment was on May 13, when this brand increased by 1.5 million VND/tael.

In the world , the price of gold fluctuated around 2,450 USD/ounce, down 17 USD/ounce compared to the same time last session. This price when converted is equivalent to 74.35 million VND/tael.

This morning, the State Bank listed the central exchange rate on August 15 at 24,254 VND/USD, down 6 VND compared to August 14.

With the above change, Agribank and Vietcombank both listed the USD exchange rate from 24,850-25,190 VND/USD, remaining stable.

However, the USD exchange rate at BIDV Bank decreased by 53 VND, the buying and selling price was from 24,850-25,190 VND/USD, while Vietinbank bought at 24,877 VND/USD and sold at 25,217 VND/USD, an increase of 57 VND compared to the previous closing price./.
