Gasoline and oil prices drop after holiday

Accordingly, from 3:00 p.m., the price of E5 RON 92 gasoline decreased by VND84/liter, to VND19,154/liter; RON 95 gasoline decreased by VND52/liter, with a maximum retail price of VND19,586/liter.

Prices of many types of oil also decreased during this retail price adjustment period. Specifically, diesel oil price decreased by 165 VND/liter, down to 17,359 VND/liter; kerosene decreased by 151 VND/liter, with a maximum retail price of 17,564 VND/liter; fuel oil decreased by 326 VND/kg, down to 16,198 VND/kg.

From the beginning of 2025 to now, there have been 18 adjustments to retail gasoline prices, of which RON 95 gasoline prices have increased 9 times and decreased 9 times; E5 RON 92 gasoline has increased 10 times and decreased 8 times; diesel oil has increased 8 times and decreased 10 times.
