On the afternoon of July 24, Vinh Long University of Technical Education (VLUTE) organized a scientific seminar with the theme "The role of education and training in the task of developing human resources with a model of connecting 3 parties: school - state - enterprise".
Attending were leaders of departments, branches of Vinh Long and An Giang provinces, companies, enterprises and high schools in the province.

The workshop aims to effectively implement the spirit of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Central Executive Committee on "Developing high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of rapid and sustainable national development", Resolution No. 03/NQ-CP of 2025 of the Government and Action Program No. 69-CTr/TU dated February 18, 2025 of the Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee.
In his opening speech, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Thanh Tung, Rector of VLUTE, said that we are facing great changes in the world - where knowledge, technology and creativity become the foundation for all development. The 4th industrial revolution, the process of national digital transformation, along with global fluctuations in the economy, labor and environment have posed unprecedented challenges for us - educators, managers and producers - and at the same time opened up invaluable opportunities if we know how to grasp, connect and act together.

"In that context, the three houses: school - state - enterprise are not only three separate pillars, but also three closely connected gears, operating together in an innovative ecosystem. Connecting the three houses is no longer a choice, but an inevitable requirement of the times. If we do not cooperate in a substantial, in-depth and long-term manner, all three will face the risk of falling behind," said Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thanh Tung.
At the workshop, through presentations and discussions, delegates exchanged and shared views, practices and proposed specific solutions for effective linkage in training and using human resources; The role of state management in work, forecasting, orientation of human resource training, scientific management, innovation development strategy, digital transformation towards sustainable development, policies and support mechanisms; The participation of higher education institutions in training students in key fields, research and technology transfer; companies and enterprises receiving and applying scientific and technological advances in production, using the labor force effectively to improve product quality, create competition and create momentum for socio-economic development of the locality, region and the whole country.

Building a human resource database in the Mekong Delta region, serving the work of planning, forecasting and flexible training. Promoting policies to support students in engineering, high-tech agriculture, and information technology.
