Solving problems regarding construction site of Prao inner city road

(QNO) - After considering the proposal of the People's Committee of Dong Giang district and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment on the proposal to resolve difficulties in compensation, support and resettlement for the inner-city road project west of Prao town in A Rooi commune, Dong Giang district, the Provincial People's Committee agreed in principle to allow the People's Committee of Dong Giang district to establish procedures to reclaim the remaining land area outside the scope of site clearance for the project.

Specifically, agree to establish land recovery procedures for Mr. AVo Cuong's household (land plot No. 48, cadastral measurement extract No. 01-2022, area ^245m2 ) and Mr. AAt Hong (land plot No. 32, cadastral measurement extract No. 01-2022, area ^96.7m2 ) and carry out compensation, support and resettlement according to regulations.

Particularly for the case of land use of Mr. Po Loong Dap's household that is not within the clearance line of the inner-city road project west of Prao town in A Rooi commune, the Provincial People's Committee requests the Dong Giang District People's Committee to direct specialized agencies to inspect and assess the risk of landslides due to road construction or the risk of being affected by other natural disasters (possibly due to flooding effects of A Vuong Thuong Hydropower Plant) to decide whether or not to recover the land according to the provisions of the law on land.

The People's Committee of Dong Giang district is required to be responsible for directing the organization to perform the task of compensation and site clearance in coordination with relevant departments, units and the People's Committee of A Rooi commune to establish legal records of the land plot; in which, clarify the area corresponding to each type of land (residential land, land for perennial crops...) within and outside the site clearance area for Mr. AVo Cuong's household and 2 households of Mr. ARat Hong, as a basis for implementing compensation, support and resettlement in accordance with the provisions of the law on land.

At the same time, be responsible for directing the implementation of management and use of the recovered land area of Mr. AVo Cuong's household and Mr. A Rat Hong's household in accordance with the provisions of Clause 2, Article 68 of the 2013 Land Law.
