Angry at his wife, 29-year-old man used a knife to stab himself in the stomach

On February 19, information from Bac Lieu General Hospital said that doctors from the General Surgery Department of the Hospital had just successfully treated Mr. TMV (born in 1995, residing in Thanh Tri district, Soc Trang province) - a man who stabbed himself in the stomach.

The 15cm long knife was removed from Mr. V's abdomen after surgery.

Previously, on the morning of February 16, Mr. V was taken to the hospital's emergency room by his family in a condition where a knife had been stabbed into his abdominal wall, tearing his abdominal cavity and causing a lot of blood loss...

After the tests, Mr. V was quickly operated on by doctors and nurses from the General Surgery Department. After about 1 hour, the surgical team removed a knife about 15cm long.

According to the family, on the morning of February 16, V. and his wife had an argument. Out of anger at his wife, V. took a knife and stabbed himself in the stomach. Fortunately, V.'s vital organs were not damaged. V.'s health is now stable.
